1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, downloading, or using any product or service offered by CheatSimple ("we", "us", "our"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not complete your purchase or use our services.
These terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and CheatSimple. Purchasing any product means you accept all terms without exception.
2. Virtual Products & Subscriptions
All products sold by CheatSimple are virtual digital goods — specifically software subscriptions, serial numbers, or activation keys. Upon successful payment confirmation, your license key will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout.
- Subscriptions are time-limited (e.g. 1 Day, 7 Days, 30 Days) or lifetime, as selected at purchase.
- Your subscription grants you exclusive access to the purchased cheat software for the duration of your plan.
- Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are offered once a license key has been issued.
- If your system is incompatible with our software, no refund will be issued; however, any confirmed downtime will be credited back to your subscription.
3. License & Usage Restrictions
CheatSimple grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased software solely for personal use in accordance with these Terms.
- You may not redistribute, resell, lease, sublicense, or share access to the software with any third party.
- You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the software.
- You may not use the software for any commercial purpose without explicit written permission from CheatSimple.
- Screenshots and video recordings taken while using the software are for personal reference only and may not be used in legal proceedings.
We do not approve of any content, screenshots, or recordings being used in any legal matter or admitted as evidence in any court of law in any jurisdiction.
4. HWID Locking & Account Policy
Each subscription is bound to a single hardware ID (HWID). This means:
- Your license is locked to one computer. You cannot share your license with other computers or users.
- HWID resets may be available at our discretion — contact support via Discord.
- Attempting to bypass HWID locks or use the software on multiple machines simultaneously will result in immediate account termination without refund.
5. Risk Acknowledgement
Use of game modification software carries inherent risks, including but not limited to:
- Temporary or permanent bans from the game or gaming platform.
- Violations of the game's Terms of Service.
- Detection by anti-cheat systems (EAC, BattlEye, VAC, etc.).
You use all CheatSimple software entirely at your own risk and responsibility. CheatSimple is not liable for any bans, account suspensions, hardware bans, or any other consequences arising from use of our products.
We stand behind our products and work hard to keep them undetected, but we cannot guarantee permanent undetectability. We compensate for verified downtime only.
6. Payment & Chargebacks
CheatSimple accepts cryptocurrency, credit/debit cards, and PayPal where available. By completing a purchase you confirm that:
- You are the authorized owner of the payment method used.
- You are not using stolen credit cards, compromised PayPal accounts, or hacked cryptocurrency wallets.
- The transaction is fully authorized by you.
- PayPal transactions are strictly non-refundable. All PayPal payments are final upon completion.
- Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute while retaining access to our software constitutes fraud and will result in immediate permanent ban and potential legal action.
Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed. We retain transaction records, IP logs, and usage data to contest disputes.
7. Compensation Policy
CheatSimple compensates customers exclusively for confirmed product downtime exceeding 24 consecutive hours. Compensation is applied as subscription time extension equal to the verified downtime period.
- Compensation is not offered for partial outages or maintenance windows under 24 hours.
- Compensation requests must be submitted within 7 days of the downtime event via Discord support.
- We do not offer monetary refunds under any compensation policy.
8. Prohibited Use
The following actions will result in immediate account termination without refund or warning:
- Sharing, distributing, or reselling your license or the software.
- Using the software in professional esports tournaments or competitions.
- Attempting to hack, DDOS, or otherwise attack CheatSimple infrastructure.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer or copy our software.
- Using the software in any manner that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
- Making false claims, fraudulent chargebacks, or engaging in deceptive practices.
9. Termination
CheatSimple reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to any or all products at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other customers, CheatSimple, or third parties. Upon termination:
- Your license will be immediately revoked with no refund.
- You must cease all use of the software immediately.
- Any outstanding disputes will be resolved in CheatSimple's favor.
