When you use CheatSimple, we collect the following information:
- Email address — provided at checkout for license key delivery and order confirmation.
- Order information — products purchased, duration, price, payment method (not card details), and order status.
- IP address — collected at checkout for fraud prevention and geographic compliance.
- Hardware ID (HWID) — collected by the software loader for license enforcement.
- Transaction identifiers — cryptocurrency transaction hashes or payment processor reference IDs (we do not store full card numbers or PayPal passwords).
We do not collect your name, physical address, date of birth, or any government-issued identification unless required by law.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used exclusively for the following purposes:
- Delivering your license key and order confirmation to your email.
- Enforcing HWID-based license restrictions.
- Preventing fraud and unauthorized use of our services.
- Contesting fraudulent chargebacks and payment disputes.
- Providing customer support and resolving issues.
- Complying with applicable laws and legal obligations.
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose not listed above.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure (D1 database, Pages), which provides enterprise-grade encryption at rest and in transit. We implement the following security measures:
- All data transmissions are encrypted via TLS 1.3.
- Databases are access-controlled with admin authentication.
- We do not store raw payment card data — payments are processed by third-party gateways.
- Access logs and audit trails are maintained for security purposes.
4. Data Sharing
CheatSimple does not sell or rent your personal data to any third party. We may share limited data with:
- Payment processors (to process and verify your payment).
- Cloudflare (our infrastructure provider — subject to Cloudflare's privacy policy).
- Law enforcement — only when required by valid legal process (court orders, subpoenas).
We will always notify you of any data disclosure required by law, to the extent permitted.
5. Cookies & Analytics
CheatSimple uses minimal cookies necessary for the functioning of the site:
- Session cookies — to maintain your cart and checkout session.
- No third-party tracking cookies — we do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar tracking tools.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect site functionality.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right to access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Right to deletion — request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements).
- Right to correction — request correction of inaccurate data.
- Right to portability — request your data in a machine-readable format.

7. Data Retention
We retain your data for the following periods:
- Order records: Retained for 3 years for accounting and dispute resolution purposes.
- Email addresses: Retained for the duration of your active subscription plus 12 months.
- IP logs: Retained for 90 days for fraud prevention.
After the retention period, data is securely deleted from our systems.
