1. No-Refund Policy
All purchases made on CheatSimple are for virtual digital goods — serial numbers and activation keys for game cheat software. Due to the instant-delivery nature of these products:
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued once a license key has been delivered, regardless of compatibility issues, change of mind, or anti-cheat detection.
This policy applies to all subscription types: 1 Day, 7 Days, 30 Days, and Lifetime plans across all games.
- Incompatibility with your operating system or hardware does not qualify for a refund.
- Change of mind after purchase does not qualify for a refund.
- Detection by anti-cheat systems does not qualify for a refund — see our Compensation Policy instead.
- Subscription time lost due to game updates or anti-cheat patches will be compensated, not refunded.
2. PayPal Transactions
CheatSimple accepts PayPal as a payment method where available. Please note:
All PayPal transactions are strictly non-refundable. By selecting PayPal at checkout, you explicitly agree that the payment is final and no refund will be processed through PayPal or any other means.
- PayPal disputes and claims will be contested with full evidence including transaction records, delivery confirmation, and usage logs.
- Fraudulent PayPal disputes will result in immediate permanent ban and may be reported to PayPal's fraud team.
3. Cryptocurrency Payments
All cryptocurrency payments are irreversible by nature of blockchain technology. Once a crypto transaction is confirmed on-chain, it cannot be reversed or refunded. CheatSimple is not responsible for:
- Errors in wallet address input by the customer.
- Network fees or transaction delays.
- Price fluctuations between payment initiation and confirmation.
4. Downtime Compensation
While we do not offer monetary refunds, CheatSimple does compensate customers for verified product downtime. Our compensation policy:
- Threshold: Compensation is offered for downtime exceeding 24 consecutive hours.
- Form: Subscription time extension equal to the verified downtime period.
- Process: Open a ticket in our Discord server with your order ID. Our team will verify the outage and manually extend your subscription.
- Deadline: Compensation requests must be submitted within 7 days of the outage.
We take downtime seriously and work around the clock to restore access as quickly as possible. We stand behind our products.
5. Exceptional Cases
CheatSimple may, at its sole discretion, consider exceptional refund cases such as:
- Duplicate charges for the same order (technical error).
- Payment processed but no license key delivered after 24 hours.
These cases must be reported via Discord support with your order ID within 48 hours of purchase. We will investigate and resolve at our discretion.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback while retaining access to our software is considered fraud. CheatSimple will:
- Immediately revoke your license and ban your account.
- Contest the dispute with full evidence: IP logs, delivery records, usage data, and transaction history.
- Report fraudulent activity to the relevant payment processor for investigation.
We maintain comprehensive records of all transactions and product usage. Fraudulent chargebacks are taken extremely seriously.
